Event details

Join us in the lovely village centre in Engelfield Green for a relaxing sound bath followed by coffee and cake in the cafe area where you can connect with other like minded mums.
Suitable for mums with non walkers.
Mats and Cushions will be provided but do bring blankets or mats for your little ones so they are comfortable.

There will be space for pram tops and bouncers if required.

Please note if you have any of the following conditions the sound bath is not suitable.
- heart conditions
- epilepsy
- pregnant
