I'm so excited to launch a gorgeous evening with Taryn, owner of The Yoga Snug in Stratford upon Avon. Join us for a beautifully restorative evening - a chance to slow down, reconnect, and fully relax. We will begin with a warm welcome & glass of fizz on arrival. We will then ease into a gorgeous session with Taryn - a way to relax your body and mind. After that, you’ll be invited to completely surrender into stillness with an extended savasana and a guided Yoga Nidra - often called ‘yogic sleep’. As you settle into deep rest, you’ll be supported by calming essential oils, a mini head massage and a gentle shoulder release to help you melt even further into relaxation. Yoga Nidra takes you to that dreamy space between waking and sleeping, offering deep restoration for both body and mind. This event is going to be HEAVEN!
