Join us for a special mum & baby yoga and sound bath session in the beautiful ballroom at D'oyly Carte Island in Weybridge. Come and reconnect, recharge and deeply relax in their decadent sunlit ballroom. We will start with a gentle postnatal friendly mum & baby yoga class, a moment to stretch, breathe and connect with our little ones. The session will be led by Alex, who is a pregnancy and postpartum yoga specialist and runs Beetlebum Yoga, Surrey. Followed by a soothing sound bath by DJ Goldierocks and founder of IO Project, Sam. Suitable for little ears...think crystals bowls, venus gongs & healing shanti chimes. You’re welcome to feed, rest, or simply relax as you experience the peaceful vibrations. Afterwards join us for a hot drink & nourishing acai bowl at D’Oylys undercover open air café at the end of the island. A chance to reflect, chat and connect with like minded local mums in the beautiful, unique surroundings.

Important info:
- This event is best suited for pre-crawling babies.
- Suitable for beginners and those with experience.
- Mums without babies can join and enjoy the class.
- You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks after a C-section) and cleared to exercise.
- A photographer will be capturing moments throughout the event.
If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know at the start.
