Join us for The Mum Club Cotswolds Coffee Club - The Sleep Edit at the newly opened Fire & Flow Espresso Bar. Where we will also be joined by Michelle Cyrill aka The Cotswold Sleep Nanny.

Michelle will be there to advise on any aspect of yours or your family sleep that you are concerned with. Her advice doesn’t just cover baby sleep, but all ages!

Situated in between Cirencester and Cheltenham on the A435, Fire & Flow is perfectly located for all you Cheltenham and Cirencester ladies.

Come with bump, baby or toddler, with friends or alone - Everyone is welcome! Come for the sleep advice or just the hot drinks and pastries. Either way there will be hot drinks, delicious pastries and the chance to connect with other like-minded women who happen to have children.

Your £17.50 ticket will include:
- 2 x hot/cold drinks (please note all hot drinks are served with oat milk unless otherwise requested)
- 1 x Pastry of choice (see below options and please let me know your choice in the dietary requirements section when booking)
- The chance to speak to a sleep professional
- A small play area to keep the mini brunchers entertained; and
- The chance to meet some brilliant like minded mum mates.

Pastry options and allergens are:
1. Cinnamon Bun (wheat, soya, rye)
2. Choc Chip Banana Bread (wheat)
3. Fruity Flapjack (oats)
4. Carrot Cake (wheat, soya, walnuts, hazelnuts)
5. Dark Choc Brownie (wheat, soya)

Ample parking is close by and there is level access into the venue
