Join us for The Mum Club South Oxfordshire’s first Fitness focused event! For this special event we will be heading to The Bottle and Glass Inn for a dedicated pre and postnatal HIIT session followed by a delicious post workout coffee & pastry. Come with bump, baby or toddler, with friends or alone - Everyone is welcome! Mel is a qualified personal trainer and ex-elite athlete who creates a supportive exercise environment where mums can bring their little ones, allowing you the time to focus on yourself, recover from pregnancy and get back into exercise or to build the fitness and stamina you need as your baby grows. We will be exercising either in the garden at The Bottle and Glass or in their Barn depending on the weather, after we will head into the pub to enjoy our post workout treats and have some time to chat and get to know the other mums. Your ticket includes: A 45 minute HIIT fitness session, suitable for all stages of pregnancy and 6 weeks after birth A post workout pastry and hot drink of your choice A small play area to keep the little ones entertained 2 babysitters on hand to help with the babies so you can really get into your workout The chance to meet some brilliant like-minded mum mates! There is a car park at The Bottle and Glass Inn. There will be space for buggies and car seats if you need to bring them. Please note all tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
