A fitness class like no other! I\'ve been wanting to bring some well being and fitness events to you since we relaunched and I’m so excited to finally launch them this year. To kick off, we\'re starting with an \'Introduction to Pilates in pregnancy’. This will be an intimate class based flow session where you are able to ask questions and will leave with knowledge on how to safely practise pilates at home in order to support your body through pregnancy. Pippa, our pilates instructor, has a lot of expertise and knowledge in pregnancy and post natal and the various changes and stresses our bodies go through. This class has limited spaces to ensure she can tailor the class to each individual. After the class there will be coffee and refreshments, and a chance to chat to other like minded mums to be. We will also have the incredible Sarah, aka The Nurturing Doula, who will be there to answer any questions you may have regarding the less talked about fourth trimester and what to expect during you post natal recovery. Come along, condition your incredible body, mind and soul, whilst making friends and building your village. I can\'t wait to see you there! xx Things to note - This class is for mums to be in their second or third trimester. We will be running a Mum & Baby Class in the near future. - This price is an introductory offer. - Following this introduction to pilates, we will be running a monthly class which will be booked in a block session and on a first come, first serve basis. - Tickets are non refundable and non transferrable. - Please include any dietary requirements on booking.
