A fitness class like no other! After the amazing response from our first class, we’ve put some more in the diary. This will be an intimate class based flow session where you are able to ask questions and will leave with knowledge on how to safely practise pilates at home in order to support your body through pregnancy and the early post natal phase. Pippa, our pilates instructor, has a lot of expertise and knowledge in pregnancy and post natal and the various changes and stresses our bodies go through. What's included * Mocktail on arrival * Flow based class * Introduction to hypnotherapy with Georgie from Rosebud Hypnobirthing. * Diastasis checks (Post Natal) * Hot drinks and mini brunch spread * Meet like minded Mums and mums to be *TMC Goodies. This class has limited spaces to ensure she can tailor the class to each individual. Come along, condition your incredible body, mind and soul, whilst making friends and building your village.
