Join us for The Mum Club Tandridge Fitness Club! We’re so excited to have teamed up with The Fitness Academy at The Old Post Nutfield to offer a 6 week Mum and Baby Pilates course, followed by a delicious post workout brunch. The Fitness academy create a supportive exercise environment where mums can bring their babies, allowing you the time to focus on yourself, recover from pregnancy and get back into exercise and rebuild your fitness and stamina. Located in a charming building with a tranquil courtyard, after your session you will head into the Old Post Coffee House to enjoy your post workout brunch and have some time to chat and get to know the other mums. The course will begin on Wednesday 22nd February for 6 weeks and includes; A 45 minute pilates class for all abilities. A perfect blend of strengthening, lengthening and mobilising exercises to keep you stable, strong, flexible and balanced in both body and mind. A Post workout Brunch/Lunch main course from The Old Post Coffee House and a Hot drink or canned soft drink TMC goodie bag The chance to meet some brilliant like minded mum mates and get your postnatal fitness on track! There is a small car park at the Old Post cafe and access to the fitness studio at the rear. There will be space for buggies and car seats if you need to bring them. Please note all tickets are non-refundable/transferable. T&Cs: Mum's should only start the course once they have been cleared to exercise after their 6 week postnatal check. A health questionnaire will be sent via email prior to the class beginning. Your more than welcome to bring pre crawling babies along to the class with you.
