I am super excited to host our very first collab with the fabulous team at the Bodhi Barn including a reformer Pilates class! Join us at their beautiful, baby friendly studio in Dunham Massey for a chance to experience some fun fitness with other mums :) The classes are aimed at all abilities however due to health and safety only babies in arms are able to brought along. Or, feel free to leave your little ones at home and enjoy 2 hours of fitness and chat. The afternoon will consist of; Mama Bod Squad - \"A mama bod squad taster session will get your heart rate and endorphins increasing. This will be a circuit style workout which is suitable for those who are 6 weeks post partum and signed off by your doctor. There are jumperoos, play mats and bouncers to keep the babies happy and mums can stop to feed/change whenever they need to!\" Bodhi Pilates Reformer - \"Bodhi Pilates will be bringing you a reformer/mat mix session which is suitable for complete beginners from 6 weeks post partum. This session will demonstrate how pilates can help heal and improve the effects of diastasis recti (abdominal separation) from pregnancy. There is a bouncer per reformer to keep babies happy during the class.\" The Bodhi Club Brunch - \"Enjoy a hot tea or coffee, a Bodhi Protein Ball and a nutritious but very tasty smoothie whilst having a chat with other likeminded mums. There will be play mats and high chairs available for babies so you can enjoy your coffee to the fullest!\" I cannot wait to see you all!
