    Haha, I feel you on this! Supermarkets seem to be the ultimate battleground for toddler meltdowns, right? 🙈 I mean, it’s like they know it’s the one place you’d rather not deal with it! As for the “no” thing, I definitely say it when needed, but I’ve also found that sometimes just distracting them or giving choices helps reduce the need for it.

    When it comes to discipline, I’m a big fan of the quiet time approach. I think it gives them a moment to calm down and understand their feelings without feeling too punished. But hey, I’ve also had those days where a “naughty step” or time-out felt like the only option. Sometimes, you’ve just got to go with whatever works best for you and your little one! And yeah, we’ve all joked about that cage idea before… no judgment here! 😉
