Lately I experienced difficulties in juggling jobs while on maternity leave, particularly with the responsibility for keeping server running efficient. At some point, it was really challenging, but I had to make sure I assign some of the tasks to others so as to ensure that work did not stall. I personally much appreciated insights that helped me realize that I need to balance work and the rest of my life much better!
