Location: Remote

Hours: 4 days a week. Monday- Thursday 9am-4pm.

Job Overview:

The Mum Club is seeking a creative freelance Junior Designer to collaborate across the entire business, working closely with our franchise, brand, and editorial teams. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our visual identity through a variety of projects, from designing franchise manuals and newsletters to creating compelling visuals for brand partnerships and campaigns. If you have a passion for design and a keen eye on social media trends, this is your chance to bring our brand to life in new and exciting ways for our community of mums.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Visual Content:

• Create eye-catching and on-brand designs for social media, marketing materials, and promotions.

• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels.

• Design graphics for events and campaigns, ensuring a polished, engaging look.

• Support the creative direction for videos, and visual storytelling via social media.

Social Media:

• While the primary focus is design, having an eye for social media aesthetics and understanding trends is beneficial.

• Support social media strategies with visual content creation, ensuring cohesion between design and brand messaging.

Collaboration:

• Work with brand and editorial teams to ensure visual consistency.

• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, events, and community-focused content.

Experience:

• 1 year of experience in graphic design (internships and freelance work considered).

Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or similar tools.

• A strong understanding of design principles with creative thinking.

• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Understanding of social media trends and design aesthetics.

• Strong communication skills, both visual and written.
