The Mum Club is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our HQ Team.

We are looking for someone with exceptional creative vision, strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively. You must have a background of managing social media channels and using analytics to drive results. This should include a strong understanding of best practices for organic and paid social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define a strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Grid curation for a cohesive brand look and feel
  • Use social listening tools to track performance & report
  • Content production and scheduling for all social media channels including Tik Tok
  • Owning the social media calendar and strategy across all channels
  • Follow, or where necessary, establish social media brand guidelines
  • Review & analyse social media KPIs to identify trends & key insights, recommending and implementing
About You
  • Exceptional creative eye
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Social Media Manager for a brand
  • Proven ability to grow engagement across multiple channels, with an emphasis on Instagram
  • Impeccable copywriting skills
  • Natural storyteller and communicator
  • Ability to use social listening and analytical tools.
  • Salary: DOE
