Ingredients
500g Pasta
1 Cup Boursin
Method
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat.
2. Prepare pasta al dente.
3. Drain pasta and return to pot.
4. Over low heat, toss pasta with boursin. Serve immediately.
5. Optional: Garnish with fresh chives, basil, thyme or parsley.
