Join us for our first The Mum Club St Albans Coffee Club. This month we will be joined by Pav Desai from Little Dream St Albans and Herts Central for a Sleep Edit at The Hub on Verulam. Pav is a certified baby and child sleep consultant using gentle and evidence-based methods to help families get a better night’s sleep. She will be chatting to us on the importance of sleep and sharing her top tips on how to get your little ones sleeping well and will be on hand to answer any questions. Come solo, with a baby bump, or little ones in tow—you’ll always be welcomed. Enjoy a coffee (or alternative) with sweet treats, whilst Pav helps us with all things sleep from 10.30am, with lots of time to chat in between.

The price of your ticket also includes:

* A small play area to keep the mini attendees entertained.
* An opportunity to meet wonderful, friendly new mum friends.

We might have a photographer come along to take some pictures of us enjoying the morning. If you’re uncomfortable being featured, do just let me know.
