Join us for our First Expectant Mums Coffee Club, which we will be hosting at the lovely You for Coffee which is the perfect place for coffee, catch-ups and creativity. If you are expecting, this one is for you. (Little ones are more than welcome to join too)
We will be joined by Guest Speakers Debra Russell (Roar Birthing) and Dr Lauren Rockcliffe (Bloomwell Pregnancy). Debra Russell is a Birth & Postnatal Doula and Hypnobirthing Instructor. Debra’s mission with Roar Birthing is to bring real, honest antenatal education to parents-to-be, and to give next level support throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Dr Lauren Rockliffe will be talking about how to make lasting healthy changes at any stage throughout your pregnancy.

Your £20 ticket to the event includes: 

- Two hot or cold drinks of your choice 

- A freshly baked pastry/cake of your choice (absolutely delicious!) 

- Speaker / Q&A session with Debra Russell from Roar Birthing.
- Speaker / Q&A session with Dr Lauren Rockliffe from Bloomwell Pregnancy 

- A Delicious treat gifted by a local baker 

- Most importantly you will be able to meet amazing like minded women in your local area who are also expecting! 


A photographer will be taking photos of the event, including attendees & children (Do let us know if you would prefer not to be in them at the beginning of event!). Photographs may be used for promotional purposes.

**There will be room for buggies if required and payable parking available at Lurke Street Car Park or within available on street parking bays **
