I am super excited to bring you our first Expectant Mums Coffee Club of 2025, at the incredible Deliziosa in Chapel Allerton! Come and join us for a morning of delicious coffee and cake, a talk and Q&A with Lindsey from My Bump and Me, who's an experienced and accredited Hypnobirthing Practitioner who will be providing simple yet effective tools and techniques you can utilise during your pregnancy for labour and birth! To top it all off, you get to meet some wonderful like-minded women, who are also expecting!

Included in your ticket will be:
- 2 x hot or cold drinks of your choice
- A delicious piece of cake/cornetti/cannoli
- A fantastic expert speaker, Lindsey from My Bump and Me
- A professional photographer to capture some gorgeous photos of you and bump
- The opportunity to meet and make some new connections with other lovely, friendly, local mums-to-be!

A photographer will be there to capture the special moments during the event. If you would prefer not to be photographed, that’s totally fine, just let them know at the beginning of the event as the images may be used for promotional purposes.
