It was great when I was pregnant and needed clothes for special occasions. It meant I didn’t have to invest in a new item I possibly wouldn’t wear again. It has also allowed me to make money by renting out items from my wardrobe that I’ve never worn or only worn once. I also feel like I’m doing a little bit of good for the environment – or avoiding fast fashion, at least! What is it and how do you use it? By Rotation is an online clothing rental app where you can rent out your clothes, shoes and accessories or hire items from Net-a-Porter and other people at a fraction of the retail price. It’s got everything from Gucci handbags to Artipoppe baby carriers to Perfect Moment ski gear and 16Arlington dresses. Would you recommend it? Most definitely, it’s been an excellent way for me to make some extra money by lending out my clothes. It also allowed me to rent items with the changing of my body during my pregnancy and postpartum. The app is so easy to use, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with lending and renting.
