Chocolate mousse done right! Whizz up a healthy, yet indulgent and silky mousse in minutes with this easy peasy recipe! Ingredients: (makes 4 glasses) -1 medium ripe avocado -2 bananas -1 can coconut milk -2 tbsp good quality cocoa – 4tsp honey/maple syrup -1 tsp vanilla essence -Raspberries/strawberries/pomegranate – any gorgeous fruit that’s not going to let this lovely pot of joy down! Method: Blitz all ingredients in a blender and just make it look pretty with fruit of your choice. Store in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving – enjoy!
