100ml Decem London Dry
50ml Lemon Juice
50ml Sugar Syrup
250ml Soda Water
2 Lemon Slices


Make the sugar syrup by heating equal parts of sugar and water until dissolved, allow to cool before using.

Fill the highball glasses with ice and build the drink in each, starting with the DECEM London Dry followed by the lemon juice and sugar syrup stir well and top up with the soda water

Garnish with a slice of lemon and a cherry or blueberry.
