I love a spicy margarita but let’s be honest, cocktails are a hassle to make! This one is not only non-alcoholic but also faff-free. You simply pour it over ice and then garnish with a chilli. Great if you’re pregnant or just don’t want to handle a hangover with a kid.

If you love a G&T but want to reduce your alcohol intake, this is the drink to have. It only has 10% ABV, when most gins average around 40%. But it’s still packed with flavour, and I honestly can’t tell the difference.

I love the selection of delicious cocktails this provides. They are also low in sugar as well as being non alcoholic and have been such a treat for me during my pregnancy.

If you love red wine but don’t want to endure a banging headache the next day, then I swear by this. It contains 0.5% alcohol and it’s so delicious, you’d never know it was much lower in alcohol than normal wines (which are usually around 11-14%).

I love an espresso martini and when I was pregnant I used to use this and mix it with decaf coffee. It’s also really nice when you just serve it with tonic and tons of ice.

I was obsessed with this when I was pregnant but it was always weirdly hard to find. Now M&S is on Ocado you won’t have that problem. It tastes just like a G&T and I know it seems lazy but it’s pre-mixed so you can just pour and enjoy!

I know it may be a little sweet for some but for me this was the best thing to make me feel like I was still drinking when I was pregnant. It’s cheap, cheerful and alcohol-free.
